Help I’m getting MAP violations

Here are a few setting to check right away:

  • Make sure that the product has the “inventory will be stocked at” setting set to the Turn 14 app. 
  • Make sure that the brand is selected in the brands list of the app.
  • Make sure the trial/subscription is live.
  • Make sure the price sync option is checked in the content tab of the app.

If you have installed and uninstalled the app you may run into this problem where the the “inventory will be stocked at” is set to the store location and not the Turn 14 app. This means the products are no longer attached to our app.  This can be seen in the individual product pages where it says, “Inventory Managed by”.
