5. Enter your Keystone FTP Credentials.

-Keystone provides FTP and SDK access. You will need to reach out to your Keystone representative and ask for your FTP credentials, which are different from your regular account login credentials.

-The SDK system is optional and provides order and tracking automation.

-If you have brand new FTP credentials, please note that you will not be able to login to the FTP server until the first file is generated. It will take up to 3 business days for the first file to be generated. Please check periodically during this time, and let us know if there’s an issue after the three days waiting period.

Turn 14 Distribution’s longstanding partnership with Data Here-to-There has helped countless ecommerce businesses integrate their inventory into Shopify and BigCommerce: “Jay reached out to us back in 2018, and we worked through the integration process. By the middle of the pandemic, we had launched the first Shopify app. It was the first time a company had approached us saying, ‘We want to build an app on a platform,’ and now it’s one of the most heavily used integration options available”, explains Dan.
